I am a Professor of Economics at Federal University of Pelotas where I teach basic statistics and finance for undergraduates, and time series and recursive macroeconomics for graduates.

I am currently a CNPq Research Productivity Fellow and I have published over 20 articles since 2011 in peer-reviewed journals such as Economic Modelling, Review of Development Economics, Economics Bulletin, Latin American Business Review, Brazilian Review of Finance, Revista Brasileira de Economia, Economia Aplicada, Economic Analysis of Law Review, among others.
